This error occurs when you attempt to publish to a publishing destination with the specified name and id, but your permissions do not allow you to perform that operation.

To correct this error

•Select another publishing destination, granted to your logon name.

•Contact the Systems Administrator and ask him/her to grant you permissions for the given publishing destination.
