Fred4: loss of text when create a table with text inside and one cell f the latest column is empty	GN4-3661
Copying a table from Word or Excel with an empty cell caused all the text after the first empty cell to be lost. Now fixed.

Ted4: open table dialog on a specific panel	GN4-3623
The SetTable() method of the TableDlg dialog now have an index that define the panel to open, from 0 (default) to 5.

Ted4: wrong table cursor movement in WYSIWYG	GN4-3592
When in a table cell there is an extra paragraph in a cell, the cursor movement up when moving from a row below the one with the extra paragraph is wrong. Also moving to the first row and cell of the table starting from a row below the one with extra paragraph fails, it moves to the second row. Now fixed.
