InDesign Plugin: View Audit trail for InDesign documents

The audit trail for the object selected in the pages tab can be shown. This shows the latest 1000 audit items for the selected ExtDoc/Pages.

The preview section has a tab, one for the preview and the other for the audit.

[19] InDesign Plugin: Prompt user for pdf file name when running Document Complete

From GN4 2.3 there is a new option to set a different PDF File Name for the printed pdf file that is sent to the print queue. There are 3 options:

1. DescName - use the extDocs DescName as the base of the file name. This is the default as this is what it did before. So file name will be '{descName}_{pageNo}.pdf

2. ShortName - use the extDocs ShortName as the base of the file name. So file name will be '{shortName}_{pageNo}.pdf

3. Ask - This will ask the user for the file name. If the file name does not have the extension '.pdf' it is added.

[1] InDesign Plugin: disable all text boxes import

GN4-3578

Added 2 new options to disable the import of boxes before the document is saved. These settings can be set per title. 
 
DisableTextImports - if set to true it will run the disable text boxes before the save.
DisableGraphicImports - if set to true it will run the disable graphic boxes before the save.
 
In version 2.3 this can be set per title, if not set on the title it will use the global setting in the InDesignConfig.xml config file.

[9] InDesign Plugin: Import wire images and convert to editorial images

The results grid now shows the images object so that they can be imported on to the page. This converts the image to an editorial images first and places this in the page. this uses the same setting as the conversion of a story.

[12] InDesign Plugin: limit the old editions show in the plugin

There are 2 new user/group parameters which can limit the dates of the editions shown in the tree.
These parameters are 'inDesignPlugInEditionLastDays' and 'inDesignPlugInEditionNextDays'.
These limit the edition dat to the last or next number of days. 
If both are not set the tree shows all editions.
If either is set then the tree limits the editions to this last and next days. So if one is set the other defaults to 0.
Also if either of these are set the option to show editions and template editions together is removed.

[151] InDesign Plugin: edition listing in copy function is not clear.instead of showing the edition name,the list only show the date which is confusing to choose.

Change the way the editions are listed in the copy page dialog, it now uses a search of the editions and not the tree view.
 
Please update the Global\GN4\Adobe\feed_AdobeEditions.xml.
To edit what is display please change the copyDisplay field item.

[200] InDesign Plugin: Add option to upgrade the documents

The option to upgrade to the current version of InDesign. To upgrade a document the document needs to be opened with shift + return key, and the user must have the user setting 'indesignpluginenabledimport' set.
 
Also the file can be upgraded with the InDesign GN4 script OpenPage, set 'UpgradeDocument' to 'true'.

[204] Indesign Plugin: get error from search say from must be set to 0

If the search is out dated, ie it needs to he refreshed, the search will be refreshed when the error 1906 is got. It will display message 'The search has been refresh, because the old cached search is no longer available.'
