In version 2.1.2538, planned_headers and planned_template_boxes rectangle group nodes are now supported. A change has been done into the Ads import dialog: removed the fillers checkbox (the checkbox allowed to read or not the fillers group node). Now all ads nodes (planned_adverts, planned_fillers, planned_headers, planned_template_boxes ) are read by default.

In version 2.1 there are several improvements in Beacon ads and pages import:

•Assign page master from the Beacon XML output;

•New Section management: possibility to import the section from the section node (default setting, backwards compatible); possibility to import the section from the zone node and the zones from page_group_name node (customer request)

•Optional Workstate import options: if checked, the page workstate is set reading the page_status node, if missing from XMl it is possible set the default workstate.

•New Beacon numbers import: if exist, the beacon nodes page_in_section and printable_hash are saved in new GN4 pageObj attributes: externalSectionNumber and externalPrintableNumber.

Notes

The Import function doesn't dynamically create missing sections, zones, masters or workstates: all data request by XML should exist before the Beacon import that only reads and matches the data. In case of missing nodes or unmatched sections/zones/masters/workstates, at the end of import process Fred shows a dialog with all import warnings (the unmatched objects are replaced by default values).
