I4: handle direct download of archiveObjects.	GN4-3750
Added a workflow wf_download, that works in i4 only, to download multiple image,video or audio objects, packed in a zip file. It requires importing a couple of new counters, found in Config\Data\GN4Counters.xml The downloads, as zip files, will be located in a newly created subfolder "download" of the i4 location on the IIS server. This folder is not automatically maintained clean. You will have to schedule a task to keep its content limited. I4: zoom in ckeditor text goes outside the box when zoomed in.	GN4-3676
In i4 ckeditor, when zoomed in, the text line went outside the editable box. Now fixed: when zoomed in, the text correctly breaks and wraps onto the next line.

i4: collapse left menu on small screens	GN4-2384
The toggle button work at opposite at the proper width. When the window isn't wide enough the left menu is collapsed by default: press the three-lines button to show it. There is a side effect "playing" with the window width: in case of reduce size the left menù automatically collapse if is shown...and viceversa.

In i4, when executing crop on a dummy or a picture in page (so the size of the cropped picture is fixed), it could happen that the handles of the crop controls were out of the picture and so the crop was impossible. Now fixed. The handles were displayed out of the picture because of minimum and maximum scale limits configured into the extract destination. Now the handles are displayed always into the picture rectangle and an error message is displayed if the scaling value is beyond the limit of the used extract destination.

In i4, improved the editing visual control for 'multireference' attribute. If the 'multireference' attribute uses a template of kind 'Grid', besides the normal selecting control (which selects an existing GN4 object), it is now possible to display the uploading control. The uploading control allows user to select a file from the PC and/or to drag&drop a file directly into the displayed drop-zone. Besides the 'multireference' control, also the text editor has been improved n i4. Now it is possible to drag&drop a text file directly into the editor. At drop, i4 runs a workflow (wf_ReadHtml.xml) which reads the textual content from the file; then, the read text is appended to the editor. The following files must be imported: wf_NewStory.xml, I4ConfigArchive.xml, wf_UploadObjectUI.xml and wf_ReadHtml.xml. [58] I4: missing side-bars when using an old workspace	GN4-3573
Ancient workspaces did not contain workspace template information and so were loaded with mostly empty sidebar. An attempt is now made to link to an existing workspace template using the name of the workspace, e.g. a workspace named 'editorial' will attempt to use the 'editorial' workspace template. If no match was found, the side bar will be empty and the workspace should be deleted and a new one created. This should help ameliorate the case where an ancient workspace is used for a user that has not logged in since the introduction of workspace templates.
