The way to compare the original and Fred objects is to set the same or similar zoom in InDesign and Fred, capture the objects with the Snipping Tool, and paste them where it is easy to review them side by side (we are using the Microsoft Powerpoint for this).

In this comparison, you look side-by-side to the screen captures of rules in InDesign and in Fred.

On the left side are the original rules, on the right side is the Fred version. The comparison lead to a small adjustment in the vertical position of the bottom rule in Fred that we moved from 10pt to 9.4 pt of Y-position.
