When importing through Back4
1.Check if the server where Back4 runs is accessible from the network, and performing normally.
2.Check if the Back4 is running on all servers where it is supposed to be started (this depends on the layout of your GN4 system).
3.Check the error log of Back4 to find out if there are error messages related to the not imported content.
4.Check if the data source is not stopped or in error.
5.Check if the data source points to the appropriate folders.
6.Check that the permissions on the input folders are suitable for the account that runs Back4, and for the account that stores the files in the folders.
7.Check if the not imported content is perhaps in the error folder. In such case it means it has been processed with errors.
