A GN4 user has two names:

•Login name: usually shortened to the first name only, or a combination of the first name and initial of the last name, it is used to log on to the system. The login name is mandatory.

•Full name: the user's full name, typically as you want it to appear in the publications. It is optional, but it is highly recommended to define it for every user, as it may be used in some automation scripts.

About reserved names

Default users Guest and Administrator, and Administrators and Everyone group, must always exist.

They should not be renamed.
