Tark4 features items release, thus, the archived content is not accessible in the search to users until released by librarians. Please note that the even unreleased content is always available in the search to librarians.

The unreleased content is stored in folders that are not accessible to ordinary users. The release procedure is simply sending the content to the public folders and it can be accomplished with one click.
