You may want to resync a license with the GN4 license server in case the license has been upgraded or changed.

To resync a license with the GN4 license server

In the Command prompt window on an installed GN4 server, connected to Internet, switch to the folder where srv4 resides and then execute:

srv4 license

Recycle the application pool.
