A results view may contain many columns and rows, or many grid cells. Some of them may be not displayed, because hidden on screen.

Are there hidden results?

The easiest method to find out if all the items are displayed in the window is to look for the presence of vertical or horizontal scroll bars on the borders of the directory window.

If the scroll bar is not displayed in the directory window, it means that all the items are already visible. The presence of vertical scroll bar means that there are some hidden rows. The presence of horizontal scroll bar means that there are some hidden columns.

In the I4 or browser results, the presence of the page buttons at the bottom of the listing notifies you that there are more results than displayed:
