Use saved workspace to reopen all articles in the same way

If, on the Preferences dialog box of the Articles main tab, you selected Open article txts as in saved workspace, when you open an article, it will be opened with the same number of article elements in editing - where possible.

Examples

You saved the workspace while you were working on an article that had head, body and pullquote elements opened in the source pane. Your preference on the Preferences dialog box of the Articles main tab, you selected Open article txts as in saved workspace, is selected.

You open another article that contains head, body and pullquote elements - these are all automatically reopened.

You open another article that contains head, body but not pullquote element - head and body are automatically reopened, and the missing pull quote is simply ignored.

You open an article that has only image caption element: if you selected the preference Reopen body or First.Elt (Preferences > Extra > General) image caption element is opened, being the only available. Otherwise, no element is opened automatically.

Note

The above works unless you have selected the preference Reopen all article elements (Preferences > Extra > General) - in such case, the workspace setting is ignored and all article elements are always reopened.
