The archiving XSL uses no target region - i.e. all the text is archived regardless of its in region / not in region settings.

The archiving XSL uses the format associated with each text to convert to XML - instead than the format specified by the 'archiveFormat' parameter. The 'archiveFormat' paremeter is used only for article's texts that do not have already an associated format - that usually does not happen.
