You will need to recycle application pool in the following conditions:

•After reloading licenses with srv4 license.

•If there are memory problems.

•After registering GN4 DLLs in GAC

To recycle application pool

1.on the GN4 IIS server computer run Internet Information Services Manager .

2.Expand the computer in the left pane.

3.Click Application Pools.

4.Click the GN4 application pool and then on the Actions pane click Recycle.

IMPORTANT

If your system has more IIS servers, repeat the previously explained procedure on every server - one-by-one.

Note

The users logged to GN4 client applications or browser should be able to continue to work without logging out and back in, even after recycle of the Application Pool.
