You can define which users can add quick colors. By default, every user can add quick colors. If you want to prevent it, add the DisableDirectColors URL access permission to the appropriate group(s) and disallow it.
For the group of users that must not add quick color, edit permissions as explained in the "To edit permissions" section. You may also want to create a new group, named "NoQuickColors" or anything else, set the permissions as explained in the "To edit permissions" section and then assign to that group all the users that must not add quick colors. |
