1.Freeze the services using the master freeze method. For example:

cvcommand servername:10011 /mami/master freeze

2.Copy the <DATADIR> from your product installation. For example, C:\cloudview5\data.

3.Unfreeze the services using the master unfreeze method. For example:

cvcommand servername:10011 /mami/master unfreeze
