On upload, you may get the error message:
Element already has a logical parent. It must be detached from the old parent before it is attached to a new one
if the personal preference last_archiveObject_newArchiveObject_gnpc is corrupted, i.e. contains a folder where the user cannot access.
To solve it, just spike the preference and then - even without restarting GN4 application, the upload should return to work.
Step-by-step
1.Run EdAdmin4 and then open Client applications.
2.Expand the search pane and then in name, enter last_archiveObject_newArchiveObject_gnpc.
3.Under Security Ref, select the user who had error message.
4.Select the last_archiveObject_newArchiveObject_gnpc of that user, and then on the Action menu, click Spike.
