Download and unzip the file in your final location, in this description we’ll use the folder E:\Exalead_Cloudview as sample folder.
Open a command prompt in E:\Exalead_Cloudview and run the command
install.bat -data E:\Exalead_Cloudview\data -service -license E:\Exalead_Cloudview\license.dat -port 10000
Where the license.dat is the license file received by Tera and the 10000 is the base port used by Exalead services. The –data parameter do specify the folder holding the indexes
Once installed start the “Exalead CloudView – cvdefault” service
Now open the URL http://localhost:10001/ and in the CloudView setup list click on Setup-ui.
1.Click Next in the Welcome screen.
2.Leave the default in Configuration mode screen.
3.In the Processing windows, enable all options in Languages.
4.In the Performance screen, leave the detected Disk type and uncheck the Development mode option.
5.In the Security screen, set a password for your CloudView admin user. Write it down somewhere.
6.In the last screen, hit Setup and wait for the process to complete.
At the end, the screen with the available CloudView Services is shown. It’s now possible to login to the Administration console using the credential supplied in the Security screen, but first proceed with the configuration.
