Note: there's no need to run GN4 over Citrix, as GN4 is Internet-enabled.

This topic applies to the configuration that for customer's reasons use Citrix.

When you attempt to copy GN4 styles between EdAdmin4 and Fred4, while running on Citrix, this may not work, as Citrix filters out the custom clipboard formats.

Follow the procedure in http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX086028 under "How to add a Custom Clipboard Format to a MetaFrame Server", to enable clipboard copy.

This applies to all custom clipboard custom types (HTML,Word ecc…)

The registry key to add is:
