Framework temporary files are typically stored in a series of subfolders under:

%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\<version>\Temporary ASP.NET Files

e.g.

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files

There could be few hundred files and folders, with a total size of 60 or more Mb.

In case of strange malfunctioning, you may want to stop all Framework applications and processes and remove those files.
