A corrupted workspace, set to be loaded at startup, can prevent a GN4 application to start. This topic explains how to get rid of such workspace.

To delete a workspace manually

1.Run EdAdmin4 and then, under Application configuration, click Client Applications.

2.Expand the search form by clicking the button_small_down, and then in the securityRef select the name(s) of the user(s) you want to delete the workspace for.

3.In Name, enter desktop.

4.Click Apply search. This will populate the list with all workspaces of the selected users, named xxxx_desktop, where xxxx can be Admin4, EdAdmin4, Fred4, Shell4, Ted4.

5.In the list, select all the _desktop entries for the specific GN4 application, and then under Config, select Spike.
