Create a new typography for your work

You may want to separate your test work from the rest of the system. The way to do it is to create a new typography.

This allows you to have formats and styles completely hidden from the rest of the system.

Of course, should you take this way, you will need to create everything from scratch, starting from colors, dashes, copy fit configurations, word estimates, arrow ends, formats, styles, library objects, zones, sections, regions, edition numbers, fonts, etc. Have in mind that it may be overwhelming.

If you opt not to go to a new typography, have in mind that you can protect editions against someone else's access, but you can't do anything to exclude your test formats from the list on the production server.

To create a new typography

1.Run EdAdmin4 and then under Editorial Configuration, click Typographies.

2.On the Object menu, click New.

3.In Name and Description, enter a suitable name and description.

4.Select the appropriate access permissions.

5.Click Colors button, and then create required colors.

6.In Dashes, Copyfits, Word estimate, and Ends, create or paste the XML with dashes definition.
