You may want to store your test pages in a separate set of folders, to avoid they end up in the folders for production content.
Which folders you may need?
If you need to test/show the copy flow, then create a standard set of folders (Pool, Edit, Layout, Ready, Hold, Images etc.)
If you need just to store data, then create Text and Images folder only.
To create a new set of folders
1.Run EdAdmin4 and then under Security, click Folders and Quota Management.
2.On the Parent drop-down box select what you want, typically <Root>.
3.On the Action menu, click New folder, to display New folder dialog box.
4.In Name, enter the name of the new folder.
5.In Description, enter an appropriate description of the purpose of folder.
6.To make the folder visible only for you, and not for other users, in the Access Permissions, select the appropriate settings.
7.Click OK.
8.Now, select your new folder in Parent (if it does not appear in the list of folders, click Back to return to the initial screen, and then click Folders and Quota Management again.
9.Create other necessary folders under that parent.
