1.Create (if not already there) a root archive folder (e.g. '/Archive') with sub-folders for each publication that you want to archive (e.g. '/Archive/Globe', '/Archive/Demo' etc.)

2.Set the 'importDocumentsRootFolderPath' user variable to the path of the root archive folder for the 'Everyone' group (or another group that the users or the process that will update the archive are member of):
