You can add libel tags to content such as stories, images, multimedia etc.

Libel tags are typically part of the Properties form, and you can find it, for the selected or current item(s), on the right-click menu, or on File > Properties.

Note: when creating a story in the GN4 web interface, the metadata gets transferred to the article, created by the Send to newsroom procedure.

The following screenshot shows the libel tags (1) on the Source and Rights tab of the story new or edit form it the Web interface:

Use the Add button (6) to add first or next libel tag. Use the Created on zone (2) to enter tag date and time. Write description in the field (3). Select the tag creator name (4) from the list of all GN4 users, or click the Remove button (5) to remove the tag.
