Document color background.

In version 2.1 you can set a color as a CMYK string (es: "0 0 0 0" is White, "0 0 100 0" is full Yellow).  In version 2.0 it was only the white color.

You can set this value also on the Output tab of the print dialog box.

The option is not available when printing tracking layouts.
