Use the Collections search pane on the Shell main tab to display content of collections. You can drag eligible content from any listing to the collection folder listing or onto a collection folder on the tree, to assign it to a collection.

This search pane contains the list of all collections folders in the GN4 system you have access to.

You can select a folder, and then display the listing of items in the collection.

You can narrow the search by selecting what to display under Type list. The available types are "audio", "document", "story", "image", "video", "audio", "package". The document is typically an archived page, the story is a wire or archived text.
