The Box tools are available on the Pages main tab in Fred.

Access the box tools through the tool in the toolbox (the box tool), and through the right-click on that tool (additional box tools).

Select the tool, and then, on the page, drag the area on the designated position. The box will take the size of the entire area.

While the box tool is active, the pointer looks like . When you end dragging by a left click, it returns to the normal tool . To abort the creation of the object, press Esc before left click.

Hold SHIFT while clicking, or right-click the tool to display the menu of additional box-related tools.
