Problem

After upload, an EPS image appears without preview and thumbnail.

Cause

EPS was saved without preview, therefore, parser doesn't found any content to use to generate the preview and the thumbnail from.

Workaround

Resave the EPS image in Photoshow and generate the preview. Then, upload it again.

Note

Ingestion workflow can be changes to generate PDF for EPS and other Postscript files, parse it to generate thumbnail and preview, and optionally to save PDF as hi-res instead of EPS - that would shorten the printing time.
