The Content navigator provides the quick access to all the content (articles, editorial images, wires/archived images, wire stories, audio, video, documents) to be added to the article. See below for the procedure of locating content.
Should you need to perform operations on content, more oriented to retrieving, you may want to use the Shell main tab instead.
In the current default configuration, you can locate content by name/title, by folders, by modified date, by source, by category, and by type. Your customized configuration may be different than the standard configuration, so you might have available more or less or different options. You can combine more search options at once.
Moreover, there are two search forms: the Simple, containing less search options, and Advanced, containing more. Use the list in the top right corner of the search form to select the form.
Type the name in the Title box. The search option is automatically set to Containing, but you can select other search options.

You can combine "find by name" with find by other fields. More search fields can be added in the configuration.
When done, click the refresh button.

Click the Modified on list, and then select what you want.

Click the Source list, and then select what you want. You can select one or more sources.

Drag the found content on the article tree or on the page, or on the pubdest, opened for editing, to link it.

Double-click the found article to open it for editing, or right-click it and then select the appropriate option. Other content types cannot be edited by a double-click.
