The Editorial listing on the Shell main tab displays articles and images, linked to articles.
It contains the following directory styles:
This directory style is the default one, and it displays 11 columns:
Columns description:
| T | Type and commands column, containing clipboard icon, check-out icon, the type icon (link to display XML), multicrop icon. |
| D | Audit column, containing copied to and copied from blue rectangular markers, or nothing, if not copied to/from. |
| P | Published to Web green rectangular marker, or nothing, if not published. |
| Name | Name of the item. For articles, it's the name specified when you created article, for editorial images it's the automatic unique name, given by the system. See also the Title column. The descName field is displayed. |
| Length | Length of the text. |
| Title/Head | User-friendly item title: headline (if any) of the article, title of the editorial image. |
| Modified | The last modified date and time. |
| Task | Name of task to which the item is assigned, or nothing, if not assigned. |
| Published | Destinations where the item was published, or nothing, if not published. |

| Created | The creation date and time. |
| Modified | The last modified date and time. |
| Modifier | The last user who modified the item. |

This directory style displays the small grid of articles and editorial images. The grid for articles contains the article name, and the date of last modification, the first few lines of body text, and the clipboard icon (at the bottom), while fr images it contains the editorial image title, a thumbnail and the clipboard icon.

The grid for articles contains the article name, and the date of last modification, the abstract of body text, and the clipboard icon (at the bottom), while fr images it contains the editorial image title, a thumbnail, folder, last modified date and the clipboard icon.
