Adds the specified word to the adequate user dictionary (GET)

Parameters

Name string

Word to add to dictionary

Language boolean

'1' or 'true' for true or '0' or 'false' for false.

True if the word must be added to the current language user dictionary, or False if the word must be added to the 'any language' user dictionary.
