Customizing editing forms

All editing forms are customizable, so you can add, remove, move, rename fields or form tabs.

Spell check in editing forms

To any free-text entry field you can add a spell-checker. The spell-checker appears in the form of icon next to the field. Click the icon to run the spell check on the entered content.

Multiedit

You can select more content items at once, and edit their metadata all together. If a field contains different data, it is marked as <Multiple values>. If the field is modifiable, it is marked as <Multiple values - modify all>.

Additional and alternate titles

When an old archive has been migrated to the new archive, you may want to “normalize” the titles content, still keeping old titles, users were used to. The system of extensible metadata in Tark4 provides an easy way to do it.

Lists

For the specific data enrichment, Tark4 offers custom lists, e.g. such as Roles for content contributors. In case of an audio, or a video, the list helps you to find out which roles may be interesting to enrich.
