srv4 is the command-line server configuration utility. It is part of GN4 suite. During the system installation, it gets extracted from the GN4.ZIP or GN4_64.ZIP and stored in the default application folder.

srv4.exe connects directly to the GN4 database (therefore, unlike cmd4 and browser or GN4 client applications, it does not go through Web server).

Use srv4 to upgrade database, load schemas and similar. Moreover, use srv4 for the lengthy operations that may bring server to timeout.

Usage: 'srv4 <command> [<option>...]'
