While an item is still deleted but not yet purged you can review who and when deleted it.

To find out who and when deleted an item

1.Open the Trash can main tab

2.On the search pane, in the Code list, select Normal.

3.Click the refresh button.

4.In the listing, select the item you want to get information about. Note: If an item was deleted more times, there will be more entries related to it,

5.On the Window menu, point to Palettes, and then select Audit.

6.Locate the entry Spike and then look at the date/time and user name.

To find out who and when purged an item

This is not possible. When an item is purged, all references about it are removed from the database.
