GN4 lets you organize, browse, retrieve and locate the assets in any format you receive from any source.
Locate content by browsing
You can locate content by browsing folders, editions, sections, zones, regions, pages, calendars, tasks, categories. This is typically achieved by selecting something in a tree, and then displaying all or filtered content. Such browsing typically limits located content to one entity only, e.g. one folder, one page, one task etc. Should this be considered too limited, see how to locate content by searching.
Locate content by searching
You can locate content by searching for any by metadata, and/or full-text, in any combination.
When you located content
You can view, search, sort, filter by content type, send to another folder, copy in temporary collection (clipboard), and drag into your pages, publishing destinations, preview content, review and add metadata (file information), making content easier to locate.
You can locate and review content on the Shell main tab, or navigators on Pages, Articles, Publishing etc. main tabs.
