Since the version 1.4, GN4 features an interactive Web preview pane available (requires ìKentico version 1.6).

You can do the following:

•Drag content from the navigator over the pane, to add it to the Web page.

•Drag content from one zone of the Web page to another, to change its position and formatting.

•Drag content within the same zone of the Web page to change the display order.

Moreover, you can drag content from one Web preview to another, to move it, or to copy it.
