Contacts Management in GN4 provides address books. You can create new entries, display all or selected entries, find entries and manage them.

Each contact is stored in a separate record. You can select the folder to store the contact in. The folder permissions apply also on the address book entries. In this way it is possible to create and manage private and desk-level address books.

Contact can be imported from or exported to vCard files, converting them from/to an extended XMP format.
