1.On the Articles navigator of the Pages main tab, search for articles, by specifying an appropriate search criteria.

2.Drag article on a page over unlinked shapes (to be linked to) or over an already paginated article (to be replaced).

Get only assigned articles or images on page

1.On the Editions navigator of the Shell main tab, select the title, edition, and page.

2.On the Display list, select Assigned

3.Click the Refresh button to display the results.

4.From the results, drag over the label of the Pages main tab, hold on while a page appears in the foreground, and then drag onto a page.
