Required. Possible values of this parameter are:

iFredApp.eDispatcherType.Shape: polygon tool

iFredApp.eDispatcherType.Normal: normal tool

iFredApp.eDispatcherType.Rotate: rotate tool

iFredApp.eDispatcherType.Crop: crop tool

iFredApp.eDispatcherType.None: no tool
