Description

If tags are displayed, inserts start of tabulation marker (|).

If tags are not displayed, and cursor is not in a table, inserts three non-breaking spaces.

If tags are not displayed, and cursor is in a table, moves to the previous column.

Note: because of bug in the CursorCellLeftRight, it won't reach the first column.
