Removed. Current title is a propriety of a document, and not any more of the application.

Use, as a replacement:

Dim doc As FredDoc = FredApp.GetActiveDoc()

Dim titleid As Integer = 0

If Not doc Is Nothing Then

   titleId = doc.GetTitleId()

Else

   titleid = 0

End If

In version 1.4.1393.0 and older

Displays the dialog to select the current title in Fred.
