A simple way to prevent dynamic wrap on specific objects is to lock such objects (Fred4.ObjLock). Locked object won't wrap.
This may be useful to prevent rules to be cut by clipped images.
On the following screenshot, the blue rule on top image is locked, thus it's not cut. On bottom image, the same rule is not locked, thus it is cut.
