The below text and column headline are not aligned to the page baseline grid, because the value of the page baseline grid and typographical baseline grid in the text are not the same (the page baseline grid is 10pt, while the typographical baseline grid is 11pt). In other words, user applied a wrong format on the text. All other settings are the same as in Baseline grid examples: all aligned.

Note: there's no a 100% safe way to prevent users of Fred4 to apply formats which are not compatible with the page baseline grid, except by making unavailable such formats.
