The articles copied from a page in a book are renamed, according to the convention for final articles, and moved to a designated folder.

You can configure that folder on two levels.

Section-based folder

To every section in the newspaper you assign a folder where the articles, copied from a page book, will be stored. More sections may share the same folder.

1.In EdAdmin4, under Editorial Objects, select Page Sections.

2.Select a title, or search by name, to locate sections.

3.Double-click a section, and then under Default Folder, select a folder.

If a section has no associated folder, or a page is not assigned to any section, Fred4 uses the default folder, defined in the defining the default book target folder statement in the <Dict> section of the EditorialConfig file as:

 <Item Name="glbTDefCopyFolder" Value="/JRC/1-Assignments" />

In a new installed GN4 system, the variable is empty, so you need to configure it before you can use page copy from a book.
