You can select a preset for multi-page view in a page window by means of Layout Manager. It includes the pages displacement (horizontal or vertical, in one or more columns), the pasteboard size and the pasteboard spacing.

To select a multi-page view preset in a page window

1.On the Edit menu, click Preferences, and then select Layout.

2.Double-click the designated preset in the preset list, or select it, and then click Apply and then Save.
