The formatting of headlines, body, photocaptions and other elements is performed by assigning formats to the shapes of the library objects.
We recommend to avoid the use of the styles wherever it may be needed that the automated page make-up routine performs replacement of one format with another, to fit the content.
On the MAIN server in Milan, there are some examples of formats, created for the testing of auto-pagination for MK. All the formatting in all headlines and pullquotes is done on the level of the format defaults. The number in the headline format name refers to the type size.
