All: filter list of formats by area width too	GN4-3421
Updated the schema file GN4Editorial.xsd. Two new attributes, minWidth/maxWidth the use is similar at minDepth/maxDepth attributes: are used to filter the formats to use in a frame by width. Default value is 0 (no filter). In case of frame with multiple areas it take the first area width to filter the formats. is necessary update the db with the modifiled schema and update the edAdmin4_Config.xml config file.
