Folders, Search and Assigned taskbar

The same taskbar appears on the Folders tab, on the Search tab and on the Assigned tab.

1.Display articles as list.

2.Display editorial images as list with thumbnails.

3.Display article and editorial images as list with thumbnails.

4.Display editorial images as grid.

5.Display wire/archived images as list with thumbnails.

6.Display wire/archived images as grid.

7.Display wire/archived stories as list.

8.Refresh the list of results.

9.Place the selected item in the selected boxes.

10.Start the copy flow for the selected item.

11.Send back the selected item.

12.Send forth the selected item.

13.Edit properties of the selected item.

14.Assign the selected item to a title, edition, page, zone, section, InDesign document.

15.Move (send) the selected item to the specific folder.

16.Delete the selected item.

17.Unlock the selected item.

18.Publish the selected item.

19.Republish the selected item.

20.Unpublish the selected item.

21.Display more of results

22.The counter for shown results and the total results. If the numbers are the same, all the results are displayed. If different, click the icon 21.

How can I tell which command is active?

The current command is highlighted in yellow.

Why I do not see the taskbar?

The taskbar appears only if there's enough horizontal space to display it. If you do not see the taskbar, make the palette window wider.
