Automatic remapping of characters not present in UNICODE layout

Characters in the range from 128 to 159 are not defined in the standard UNICODE layout, distributed by Tera. They are however automatically remapped to the Unicode characters. For example, you can continue to use chr(147) in your VBscripts - it will appear as correct double quotes.
